How do I access my IOR Report (monthly marketing report)?

If you are an active monthly marketing client, your report will be displayed on your IOR Dashboard when you log into IOR.

You can either ask your account representative or login to IOR to view your marketing report.

Billing Questions

Where do I access my invoices?

ROI Billing invoices are available within IOR (client portal). You can login via this link: clients.roiwebmarketing.com.

Click on the “My Billing” in the left menu.

 

How do I update my credit card information on file for ROI marketing invoices? 

ROI marketing invoices are billed via your credit card contained within Stripe. To update your card details you can either call the office or login to IOR (client portal). You can login via this link: clients.roiwebmarketing.com.

Then visit the “Billing” tab shown here.
